General Returns / Replacement Policy
Under the Terms & Conditions that Sellers agree upon, products are returnable within the return window if a user receives a product that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective or different from their description on the product detail page or has size issues wherever applicable.
All products listed under a particular category may have a different returns policy. Users are required to check & verify the return policy before ordering a product.
Refunds will be issued to the users only after products are picked up and optional quality checks are performed. We may deny refunds if:
In case a user wants to return an electronic device that stores personal information, the user himself/herself shall be responsible for ensuring that all personal information stored in the device is deleted and the device is returned in factory settings. NEOMAXER will not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
For all products, the returns/ policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy.
In certain cases, a product may be ‘non-returnable’. In such cases, the product page will specifically highlight this and the user cannot claim for a return/replacement at a later stage unless they are damaged/defective/incorrect product.

10 Days Returnable
You may return the product within 10 days of receiving it, provided that the item is in its original condition with the brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in the manufacturer's packaging.
We may contact you and perform additional quality checks on our end to check if there is any damage or defects in the product before processing the refund.
Electronic Accessories, Audio, Appliances, Smart Devices
7 Days Returnable
You may return the product within 7 days of receiving it, provided that the item is in its original condition with the brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in the manufacturer's packaging.
We may contact you and perform additional quality checks on our end to check if there is any damage or defects in the product before processing the refund.
Consumables (Packaged Food, Beverages, Personal Care, Wellness)
Non-returnable
You cannot return this item due to the consumable nature of the product. But in case you receive a product that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective or different from their description, you can reach out to us via customer support within 5 days of delivery.
We may contact you and reserve the right to pick up the item to perform additional quality checks on our end to check if there is any damage or defects in the product before processing the refund.
Innerwear, Personal Hygiene Products, Plants, Pet Products
Non-returnable
You cannot return this item due to the consumable nature of the product. But in case you receive a product that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective or different from their description, you can reach out to us via customer support within 5 days of delivery.

Refund Policy
Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return pickup and verification.
COD Orders: Refund will be credited to the Neomaxer Wallet or processed via bank transfer upon request within 7-10 business days after return verification.
Non-returnable Products: Refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and will be processed within 5-7 business days after verification.
